Eric focuses on creating value for founder-led B2B SaaS software companies that leverage AI and automate business processes along the customer lifecycle.
He earned his undergraduate business degree at Wharton as well as a National Champion Crew title. Early in his career, Eric joined a mid-market M&A advisory firm, which strongly influenced his move to private equity.

Olivier Verhage

Olivier is a growth equity investor investing $10M-40M tickets in founder-led, bootstrapped B2B software and tech-enabled businesses with $3M-15M ARR. At Savant Growth, he is responsible for sourcing and execution, and he also helps founders design a data-driven roadmap for growth.
He earned his Economics degree at Groningen University in The Netherlands and after a short stint in technology M&A, he went on to complete his Finance Masters at City University London.

Paola, with a background in law and journalism, effectively leads diverse teams and ensures the successful execution of projects at Savant. Her unique interpersonal and cross-cultural skills foster strong connections within the team.
Prior to joining Savant, she founded LeXperts, a language start-up dedicated to designing specialized programs for training Colombian lawyers in Legal English and translation skills.

Rebecca, a graduate of Finance and International Trade from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, brings over 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, including her tenure at British Council in 2018. With exceptional teamwork and flexibility, she excels in supporting organizational efficiency.
