Kevin Hickey is the CEO at Prevalent, a provider of powerful Privileged Account Management & Vulnerability Management Software Solutions. He has a history of successful software exits with an emphasis on sales and marketing leadership and operations.

He joined Prevalent from BeyondTrust, where he led a successful turnaround that doubled the company’s revenue. He also took NetPro from $5M to $30M in revenue prior to selling the company to Quest Software for $79M in 2008.

As the CEO of the London-based start-up whose mission is to transform the world of cross-border payments, Michael has accumulated a wealth of experience leading successful venture-backed software companies.

For seven years, he was the COO of Traiana, a financial network company, based in San Francisco and London. Traiana was backed by Sequoia and acquired by ICAP, a UK brokerage, in 2008. He has been the CEO of venture-backed companies in London (Iris Financial, KWI) and Silicon Valley (Cohera, Infinity Financial & Coronet.)

Frank is the President and CEO of IntelePeer. He has been a guiding force in driving the company’s growth to become a leading and innovative Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider for enterprises.

IntelePeer has received numerous awards for its products, customer service, and industry leadership under his guidance since 2007. Its rapid growth was funded with over $80M in venture financing that Mr. Fawzi secured from VantagePoint Venture Partners, Kennet Venture Partners, and NorthCap Partners. 

Bill Edwards is Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board. He has served on the board, and advised/invested in several Kennet portfolio companies, including Revolution Prep, IntelePeer, and Daptiv.

Bill was part of the founding executive team at Siebel Systems, serving as a Vice President of Engineering and later as Chief Technology Officer. He was also a Founding Investor and Advisory Board Member of C3.ai.

Joe joined Impartner at the time of Kennet IV’s investment. His record includes growing businesses and generating tremendous returns during his 25 years in high technology.

As CEO of WatchGuard, he successfully turned around the revenue-declining and loss-making business, creating a profitable and growing company with vastly improved technology and market position.

Steve is Chairman of Kennet IV's Portfolio Companies Nuxeo and ThinkHR, and was CEO at Kennet III's Portfolio Company Recommind, before its sale to OpenTextin in 2016.

Previously, Steve served as President and CEO of DocuSign, and prior to that, he was President and CEO of ZANTAZ until its acquisition by Autonomy Group. He has led several successful corporate expansion initiatives throughout his career.
