He earned his undergraduate business degree at Wharton as well as a National Champion Crew title. Early in his career, Eric joined a mid-market M&A advisory firm, which strongly influenced his move to private equity.

Regina is a growth equity investor investing $10M-40M tickets in founder-led, bootstrapped B2B software and tech-enabled businesses with $3M-15M ARR. At Savant Growth, she is responsible for sourcing and execution.

Paola, with a background in law and journalism, effectively leads diverse teams and ensures the successful execution of projects at Savant. Her unique interpersonal and cross-cultural skills foster strong connections within the team.
Prior to joining Savant, she founded LeXperts, a language start-up dedicated to designing specialized programs for training Colombian lawyers in Legal English and translation skills.
